Do you take insurance?
Yes. We are currently in-network with the following insurances:

If your insurance is not listed, we can provide a "superbill" you can use to file a claim with your insurance provider.
Some clients prefer to not utilize their insurance benefits for various reasons. The private pay rate is $160 per session.
Do you offer in-person sessions?
Yes, we offer in-person therapy sessions on Tuesdays from 9am - 2pm. Our office is located in the Heights, 77008.
How often do we meet?
Research indicates that initiating therapy with consistent, weekly sessions yields more favorable outcomes. That’s why we ask new clients to commit to weekly sessions for the first 8 weeks. After that, we’ll reassess together session frequency based on your progress and goals.
What is a PMAD?
PMAD is a clinical terms for perinatal mood and anxiety disorders. PMADs include depression, anxiety, OCD, PTSD, bipolar disorder, and postpartum psychosis that can occur before, during, or after pregnancy.
Do I need to be currently experiencing a PMAD or be a mom to start therapy?
No! We deliver specialized, evidence-based treatment for all women experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or navigating life stressors separate from pregnancy or motherhood. No one should have to go through the hardest parts of mental health alone.
Do you only work with women?
No, we would never turn someone away based on gender. Many of our clients are women and mothers, but we work with people of all genders.
